Frequently Asked Questions

When are you open?

Are you excited for the holidays? We are too!

For the 2022 season we are opening our gift shop and wreath shop only Saturday November 19th and Sunday November 20th. (Tree sales begin black Friday!)  We are then fully open the Friday after Thanksgiving – 8am to dusk, and expect to remain open every day through Christmas Eve. Plenty of opportunities to find the perfect tree or wreath!

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards and cash.

What precautions are you taking for COVID-19

We are committed to offering a safe and enjoyable holiday experience! Masks inside are encouraged. Christmas tree farmers work hard all year to make our income in these few short weeks, and we need to keep our staff healthy during this busy season.

We have added a quick checkout point in our barn for those of you who prefer to stay outside of the gift shop. We have air filters running inside the shop, and sanitize surfaces regularly.

We’re committed to making the holidays special for everyone, if you’re immunocompromised or require any special accommodations to enjoy your shopping experience, just let us know how we can help.

Thank you for your patience and your help!

What type of trees do you have?

Our farm features 30 acres of Balsam Firs – these make ideal Christmas Trees with their dark green shade, and fragrant and long-lasting needles! We have a range of sizes – from 3’ to 8’, with the majority of our crop in the 6-7’ range.

What size wreaths do you have?

We have all sizes! Most people go for our 22” outside diameter wreaths (made with a 12” ring – with a lot of greens!). These are a good size for your door or your mailbox. Our wreath decorators get creative with ribbons and ornaments, so while you can expect some traditional wreaths, we’re also known to make creative and fun wreaths as well! If you need something specific, just ask!

We also have some pre-decorated 28” wreaths, and depending on availability we can decorate 34” wreaths and 46” wreaths with some advance notice. Not sure what we can do? Call ahead and we’ll work with you for larger wreaths!

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome on a leash. Please be mindful of others and pick up after your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the gift shop. Thank you!

How do I care for my tree/wreath?

When a cut tree stem is out of water for any length of time, it seals over and needs a re-cut before it can take up water. Just before you’re ready to put your tree up at home, cut about 1/2 inch off the bottom of the trunk.

For best results, keep your tree away from heat sources, and check your tree’s water regularly – trees can drink up to a gallon of water a day!

Keep your wreath away from the heat if possible – although not required, you can spray your wreath with water every few days to help it stay fresh.

How do I care for my centerpiece?

The greens may need to be lightly ‘fluffed’ after their trip from our farm to you. Add water to the floral foam immediately upon opening, and check water every two days. The candle is enclosed and should be unwrapped before placing into the candle holder.
